1. Agreement

By accessing canadapharmacyreview.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Online Systems Inc, Scottsdale, Arizona (“we,” “us”). We operate an informational pharmacy review and verification directory. We are not a pharmacy and do not sell medication.

3. Informational purpose only

Site content is for general information. It is not medical, legal, or pharmaceutical advice. Verification badges and statuses summarize third-party public information as of a stated date and may be wrong or outdated. You must confirm details on official sources before acting.

4. User submissions (pharmacies, reviews, comments)

• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, moderate, and distribute your submissions on the Site and in related feeds or backups.
• You represent that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to post it, and that it does not violate law or others’ rights.
• You agree not to post controlled-substance solicitations, “no prescription needed” offers for prescription drugs, spam, malware links, impersonation, or personal health data of others.
• We may refuse, remove, or edit submissions under our Review Policy, applied equally to positive and negative content within those rules.

5. Accounts and security

If you submit a pharmacy without signing in, we create a basic account linked to the email address you provide. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Affiliate links and third-party sites

Some links may be affiliate links to US-legal partners as described in How we make money. Third-party websites are not under our control. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Site to violate law; scrape in a way that overloads or circumvents access controls; reverse engineer except where allowed by law; submit malware; attempt unauthorized access; or use the Site to facilitate unlawful drug sales.

8. Intellectual property

Site branding, original article text, and software are owned by us or our licensors. We do not claim ownership of CIPA, LegitScript, NABP, or other third-party trademarks; we do not display their seals. You may not use our marks without permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT VERIFICATION DATA IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONLINE SYSTEMS INC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY LISTING, VERIFICATION STATUS, REVIEW, OR THIRD-PARTY OFFER, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Online Systems Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your submissions, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law; disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your place of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
