Submit a pharmacy — guidelines

Last updated: October 5, 2026 (AZ)

Anyone can suggest an online pharmacy for our directory. Submissions are screened before publication. Please read these guidelines first.

Go to the submission form

If a pharmacy treated you well, or didn’t, tell us. Your honest review helps the next person find a safe pharmacy and save money on their prescriptions.

What to submit

  • Pharmacy name as shown on the website
  • Website URL (exact domain you used)
  • Type (Canadian pharmacy, US online pharmacy, discount card, or telehealth)
  • Country of the pharmacy (choose “Not sure” if you don’t know)
  • What you used it for (optional)
  • Your experience—shipping time, customer service, whether a prescription was required, etc.
  • Email address, if you are not signed in, so we can contact you about your submission. A basic site account is created for you with that email.

Please be honest about any connection you have with the pharmacy. Do not post prescription numbers, insurance IDs, photos of labels with your name, or other personal health details. To rate the pharmacy with stars, leave a separate review on its listing once the listing is published.

What not to submit

  • Pharmacies or offers that sell controlled substances online in unauthorized ways
  • Sites advertising prescription drugs without a prescription
  • Competitor smear campaigns or fake business names
  • Personal attacks or another person’s private information

What happens next

  1. Pending review — Every submission is held as pending; nothing is published automatically, and every listing is checked against the accreditation lists before it is published. Our spam protection limits automated submissions.
  2. Automatic screening — Submissions that mention controlled substances or buying medication without a prescription are rejected automatically.
  3. Manual check (typically 5–10 minutes of staff time per pharmacy, queued) — We look up:
  4. Status assignment
    • Verified – US — LegitScript and/or NABP + appropriate state licensure → may include a visit/affiliate link if a US-legal program exists
    • Verified – CIPA (international) — on CIPA’s list → published with an import-status warning; no affiliate link
    • Not found on accreditation lists — checked, but not found on the CIPA, LegitScript, or NABP lists → may be published for reviews only, labeled “Not found on accreditation lists” with the date checked and no outbound link
    • Rejected — controlled substances, no-Rx sales, NABP Not Recommended / clear FDA warning-letter concerns, or other safety policy violations → not published
  5. Publication — Approved listings and reviews go live. We re-check verification periodically (target: every 90 days).

Typical timeline

Step Expected timing
Queue to first human review Usually within a few business days; longer if volume is high
Manual verification check About 5–10 minutes once a reviewer opens the item
Re-verification of published listings Target every 90 days; outbound “visit” links disable if verification goes stale

These are operational targets, not guarantees. Safety flags can pause a submission.

Import reminder

Submitting or reviewing a Canadian pharmacy does not mean ordering from it is legal for US patients. FDA states that in most circumstances personal drug importation is illegal. See Canada pharmacy shipping change 2026 and medical disclaimer.
